Since we have reached the completion of removing the old grout and replacing with new grout from the tile walls around the bath tubs and also the installation of the special tub tile trim to prevent mildew.  I wanted to take the opportunity to let you know that it has been a pleasure working with you and you staff on this project.

Your staff and yourself have exhibited to us a level of professionalism in their workmanship of the regrouting of the tile around the bath tubs throughout the entire hotel.  We appreciate your consideration with great concern, with the fluctuatibility in your scheduling to accommodate our needs and I thank you most kindly.
